Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to stipulate the terms and procedures for using the personal blog service provided by the blog operator, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the blog operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Service are as follows:

1. "Service" means all content and functions provided by the blog operator.
2. "User" means all visitors who agree to these Terms of Service and use the services provided by the blog operator.

Chapter 2 Service Use

Article 3 (Service Use)

1. Users may use the service by agreeing to these Terms of Service in accordance with the procedures set by the blog operator.
2. Users must accurately provide the necessary information when using the service and must not provide false information.

Article 4 (Changes and Suspension of Services)

The blog operator may change the contents of the service, the method of use, etc., or temporarily suspend the service. In this case, prior notice is required in principle.

Chapter 3 User Obligations

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not commit the following acts when using the service.

1. Acts that harm the law, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, public order and morals, and other social order.
2. Acts that infringe upon the rights of others or damage their reputation.
3. Acts that attempt to use the service commercially without the approval of the blog operator.
4. Other unfair or illegal acts.

Chapter 4 Others

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The blog operator is not responsible for the following cases. 1. Damages incurred by the user while using the service 2. In the event of service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disaster, war, or riot 3. Disputes or damages incurred due to posts written by the user

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes related to these Terms and Conditions and use of the service.
